The gallery opened in 2005 and displays a large selection of original jewelry. There are many necklaces, bracelets, pendants, and earrings to choose from. They also sell a good selection of art books, beach-glass tiles, and Dr. Seuss-style bottles with handcrafted stoppers.

With the intention of providing education in the process of bronze casting, Kim Barnett offers the most extensive collection of limited-edition bronze sculptures on the Oregon Coast. Prior to opening the Bronze Coast Gallery, Barnett owned and operated a large foundry in eastern Oregon for more than 10 years.
Also included in their collections are works of original paintings photography, and giclee reproductions.

Art Source of the Day - January 15, 2007
This entry inaugurates a series of interest to art enthusiasts, both residents and visitors, of the Oregon Coast. It is called "Art Source of the Day."
Highlighted for January 15, 2007, is the Art Center Gallery of Clatsop Community College, Astoria, which exhibits major national and international artists.
It is a space where art merges with education. Subjects the department offers include ceramics and sculpture, painting, prints, drawing and design, photography (including digitally enhanced photography), and textiles.
